So, Ive been gone for a while…had 2 babies and now I’m back!! Life’s been busy, but I’ve still been cooking and trying new recipes so I have tons to post.
This week I am concentrating on “clean eating”, so I’m going to start with my protein waffle recipe that I’ve been working on and it’s a keeper!
1 1/2 cup oat flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt-plain
1 Tbsp melted butter
1 Tbsp vanilla
Mix oat flour and baking powder together. Then add all other ingredients and whisk. Pour onto greased waffle maker and cook per waffle maker recommendations.
They also can be frozen and toasted later for a quick breakfast.
