Healthy Donut Holes…what?!?!
Yes, HEALTHY donut holes! Today, I made a slight change to my pancake batter when making my pancake poppers, and much to my surprise they tasted like little heavenly donuts! I dusted them with some powdered sugar and had to snap a picture of these beautiful gems before my husband and daughter grabbed them! Do yourself a favor and make these bad boys!!! There is no sugar in the batter…just however much you want to sprinkle on top. So, you can be the judge of how much you want to splurge! 🙂
Just follow my recipe for Gluten Free Oat Pancakes and add 1/4 tsp nutmeg and 1/4 tsp cinnamon to the dry ingredients…let me know how you like them!
**If you don’t have a cake pop maker, try using a mini muffin tin.
